New - AI Document Automator

Getting started with digital work instructions in Operations1 is designed to be as simple and efficient as possible. Often, content already exists in Word, PDF, or PowerPoint formats, but manual transfer processes can be time-consuming.

With the new AI-powered feature, AI Document Automator, a powerful tool is now available, located directly next to the option for manually creating new documents. The Automator’s artificial intelligence understands the context and content of existing documents, automatically generates steps and workflows, creates appropriate interactions, and assigns images to the corresponding workflows.

New - Changing Interaction Types

To make document editing in Operations1 more efficient and minimize the manual effort involved in changing interaction types, we’ve introduced a new feature that enables quick and easy switching of interaction types. This feature allows the type of an existing interaction to be changed directly via the menu. This functionality demonstrates its full potential, especially when used in combination with the AI Document Automator.

Existing interaction settings remain intact as long as they are applicable to the new interaction type.

Improved – Enhanced Functionality

After integrating task notifications into the newly introduced "Notifications" section on the platform, we also optimized email notifications. We replaced the prioritization scale from numeric values (1-10) with clear terms (very low to very high). This ensures that priority levels in email notifications now align with the prioritization options within tasks.

Fixed - Resolved Functional Impairments

  • Classifier elements can now be selected using checkboxes.

  • Schedules for individual steps (within rules) can be reset to their initial state.

  • Task status can once again be changed when using access control.

  • PDF reports no longer contain blank pages when exported using the Firefox browser.

  • Documents can now be opened again via external links.
