We reflect on an eventful year in 2024 and are releasing our final version for this year, this time without major changes. Preparations are already underway to go live at the beginning of the new year with the AI Document Importer and a new feature for interaction creation.
Looking at our 2024 changelog, we can proudly say that many new functionalities have been added – from improved access control and updates to reports, to the notification center, as well as enhancements to our AI functionalities and much more. We would like to thank all our users for the excellent collaboration, valuable exchanges, and insightful feedback. Together, we look forward to a successful year in 2025.

.csvreport export, negative values in numerical interactions now correctly display the minus sign.The GET request for retrieving interaction values from archived reports now includes the corresponding interaction values.
