New – Bulk Material Upload
To streamline the process of adding materials to the platform, we’ve implemented a similar functionality as it is already known from the one in user imports.
By clicking the import button in the "Material" section, users can now add large quantities of material automatically through a data import. A template (which is available in xlsx or csv format) is provided for download, guiding users on the correct formatting and required information.
New – Task Notifications
To ensure that notifications reach also users who do not have an email address linked to their user profile or do not own a company email at all, task assignment notifications will now be sent directly to the user within the platform as well as in the native app.
This means that when a task is assigned to a user, who is logged in and active, they will be notified about the assigned task. Notifications can be read and accessed via the “Notifications” button (or the bell icon next to the profile icon in the native app), allowing users to navigate directly to the respective task.
Changed – Improved Features
Based on user feedback, we’ve made minor adjustments to the new report overview to enhance clarity and usability. These improvements include, for example, the alignment of individual interactions and work process descriptions.
