New - Filter Function and Report Details
We are taking the next step in standardizing the display of the report overview for digital views in Operations1, for reports shared externally via a link, as well as for the PDF. The report detail view has now been redesigned and comes with a new filtering function:
The bar allows for quick filtering of report content based on the respective status. For example, only faulty interactions or still-to-be-completed, empty interactions can be displayed in a kind of "punch list."
We look forward to receiving your feedback on the new display and filtering options. In the next steps, we will focus on the PDF view.
Changed - Improved Features
With the design improvements already announced in the last release, we have also revised the so-called "toast messages." These now appear in a refreshed look and provide feedback in different variations β from confirmations to error messages.
To ensure a fast and efficient search for reports by order title, even with report numbers in the 7-digit range, we have optimized the search function. From now on, search queries for this specific search will only start from the third entered character. This significantly reduces the number of relevant results initially, and the search query no longer has a negative impact on system performance.
Fixed - Functionality Impairments Corrected
The progress bar in the reports now correctly shows the progress for newly created reports in all cases.
