New - Header Section in Report Overview

We are gradually standardizing the report overview display for digital views in Operations1, as well as for reports shared externally via a link, and ultimately, especially for PDF presentation. As a first step, the header section of the digital view has been redesigned and enhanced with features that allow individual content to be collapsed and expanded for better clarity, for instance, when there is a large number of classifier elements. In the upcoming steps, other areas of the report overview will be adjusted and new filters added. At a later stage, this layout will also be applied to the PDF format.

New - Expansion of User Management for Access Control

The functions for adding and removing users or groups to individual content have been adjusted and expanded. Search functions for users and groups, as well as an action column for removing them, have been introduced. Additionally, we have implemented notices for instances where users and groups cannot be directly removed because access is granted through another entity, such as in reports.

These updates aim to simplify access management across various entities, which will notably ease processes when managing a large number of users and content.

Changed - Improved Features

  • Global media can now be selected across different pages and, for example, classified or inserted into a document using mass actions. This feature was already available on other tables, such as documents, and has now been (re)introduced for global media.

Fixed - Functionality Issues Corrected

  • Filters set for the tasks table, such as on the "assigned user," are reliably saved in the browser's local storage.

  • Mandatory interactions that are not relevant due to a condition no longer prevent the completion of a report.

  • The link within a task to the parent rule now works as expected and correctly references the rule.
