New - Qualification Management Module

With the new Operations1 Qualification Management Module, we offer another building block for the entire value chain, linking the necessary knowledge of employees with job execution.

Qualification Management Module

Ensuring workplace safety, as well as process and product quality, is a central issue for every manufacturing company. The ongoing trend of skilled labor shortages reinforces the need to ensure these cornerstones, as knowledge must be newly acquired and kept up to date.

Examples of qualifications can include:

  • Safety certificates

  • Initial training

  • Product training

  • Basic training

  • Temporarily limited authorization certificates

  • ...

Changed - Improved Features

  • To improve the performance when inserting media from the global media library, we use paginated loading of content. This optimization means that when selecting media, two options are now available: adding media either from the global media library or from media already attached to the document.

  • Through technical improvements in the report navigation bar, the loading and response times when working with extensive reports have significantly improved. Even for reports with many steps and interactions, content is displayed quickly, allowing for smooth operation.

Fixed - Functionality Impairments Corrected

  • Adding PDFs to orders works reliably even in the native app

  • Unification of the access tabs in documents, reports, and orders

  • Fixed an error that caused incorrect media feedback IDs to be returned to integrations in some cases

  • Chinese text is displayed again in the PDF report

  • The bulk action for archiving and deleting orders is visible again on the order table

  • Sharing documents with external persons works as usual (Beta feature)
