New - PDFs as Additional Information in Orders

With the new version 9.3, you are now able to attach PDFs to orders. In the online version of the platform, you can thus enhance the informational content of the orders and easily attach additional information that was previously provided through a third-party system and only accessible by leaving the Operations1 platform, as a PDF to the order. This avoids interruptions for the employee and allows all necessary information to be provided in one place.

When creating an order, you can simply drag and drop a PDF into the corresponding area or select and add a file from internal storage using the button (paperclip).

Once the order is created and published, the attached PDF files are made available for the assistant in the "Information" tab. The assistant can also attach order information that is available to them as a PDF.

We look forward to your feedback on this feature enhancement!

New - What is the Status?

Starting with this release, it is possible to inquire about the status of Operations1. This means you can receive both historical and current information about any past or present disruptions.

You can find the status overview via a link at the bottom of the login page.

Or through a link in the help section if you are already logged in.

The status page also provides information about planned, current, and past maintenance activities. This allows you to quickly determine whether an issue is on our side or potentially internal. This accelerates error analysis and communication to the appropriate parties.

Changed – Improved functions

By decoupling some endpoints within the report domain, we will gain further improvements in performance while loading reports. Additionally this is another step towards pagination of locally used media which also will impact the performance in general.

Fixed – Functionality issues resolved

  • Media that has been added to a step can be moved from step to step via drag and drop.

  • When editing images in the image editor, pictograms can also be used and edited in the app
