New – Access Control for Orders
Customers who use Access Control can now apply this function within orders as well. Documents that are equipped with access rights and are packed in an order transfer their access rights to the order. Employees who have access to a specific document thus also have access to the orders in which this document is used. If further documents are used in the order to which the employees do not have access, these are displayed as information; however, the employees cannot use or execute these themselves. This clearly defines which contents are relevant for the employee's work and which contents must be taken over by others. To inform employees about the overall progress of the order, it is also displayed to them.
