New – Share reports via link with external persons (beta)
Effective immediately, you can now grant access to reports via a shareable link from the editor to people without an Operations1 account, such as customers, suppliers, auditors, or colleagues. In many cases, exporting to PDF format is now a thing of the past, especially since the shared report allows for a live view of progress and the display of images/videos in full resolution. If access is no longer needed, the link, which is secured with a token, can be removed at any time.
Feel free to contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like to use this function in beta and it is not yet available to you. We are gradually expanding the report sharing function and therefore rolling it out in stages. By the middle of the year, it will then be available to all customers.
