Even people without an Operations1 account, such as customers, suppliers, auditors, or colleagues, can easily access Reports using a shareable link.

Exporting to PDF format can be a thing of the past, especially since the shared Report provides a live view of the progress and allows viewing of images/videos in full resolution. This report view is read-only, focusing on the core information.

If access is no longer needed, the token-secured link can be removed at any time. Access via the previous link will then no longer be possible, and a notification message will be displayed. If a new link is needed, it can be created again as previously described.

The shareable link can also be created automatically via our REST API, allowing for logic to be built that, for example, creates the link using a webhook and sends it to specific people via email. Corresponding automation tools such as Microsoft PowerAutomate are required for this.
