Changed – Improved Functions

We've made changes to improve your experience with our software. Here are the details:

Tag Material Interaction

Seeing the needs of Quality controllers and Lean managers, this update introduces the ability to tag material interactions within documents. This allows to systematically categorize, analyze, and locate the usage of materials on the shop floor. Key features include the capacity to Add, Edit, Archive, and Delete tags for material interactions, as well as the ability to filter interactions by the 'Material' type. Furthermore, the introduced search functionality in the reports table allows for efficient exploration of material interactions based on tags.

Unit Specification in Material Interaction

This update introduces the ability for Editors to specify the amount and unit of materials used in documents. Editors can now conveniently set the unit for the amount input box, mirroring the functionality of the Number interaction for reference. During document execution in Assistant mode, the material interaction displays the designated unit alongside the amount. The default unit is configured as 'Number,' and any existing materials without a specified unit remain unchanged.

This unit information is integrated into exported reports (PDF, CSV, XLS), offering a comprehensive overview of material interactions. The default value for the Amount field is set to 1, providing a standardized starting point for material quantity input.

Enhanced Material Interaction Information in Exported Reports

This update enriches exported reports (CSV, XLS, PDF) with comprehensive material interaction details. Including material interaction specifics such as mandatory status, checked/unchecked status, 'Not Applicable' (NA) designation, comments, and serial numbers. These improvements aim to give a more insightful and exportable representation of material interactions for effective analysis and decision-making.
