User access, password reset & SSO login

Creating new users

New users are usually created and managed centrally by the responsible IT and/or Operations1 administrator in your company. If, contrary to expectations, you do not yet have access to Operations1, you can find out more from your responsible Operations1 administrator internally.

If you have not been active in Operations1 for a long time, it is also possible that your user account has been archived. In this case, you will be able to log in again as soon as the Operations1 administrator has changed your user account from "archived" to "active" status.

No more access to Operations1 - reset password

If you no longer have access to the password, you can contact your Operations1 administrator (internal) directly.

For security reasons, Operations1 employees are unfortunately not authorized to grant users access rights or make other changes to user settings. The only exception to this is if the person responsible (Operations1 administrator) has given us direct authorization.
