Can I change the period of the rule later?

A rule always initially creates virtual orders according to the specifications from the rule.

Changing the period of a rule:

Enlargement of the time period:

  • New (virtual) orders are created in addition to the existing orders according to the defined cycle.

Shortening the time period:

  • Virtual orders are only displayed for the shortened period.

Particularities:

  • A virtual order that has already received an ID (has been clicked on) can no longer be influenced by changing the rule, as it is now considered a real order.

  • If the rule is changed, virtual orders will no longer be created at the point in time where they formerly where deleted.

Recommendation for deleted orders:

  • If orders resulting from a rule have already been deleted, it is recommended that you duplicate the rule. This means that all orders will be created virtually again.

  • In order not to receive duplicate orders, the old rule must then be deleted manually.
