Changed – Improved Functions

We've made changes to improve your experience with our software. Here are the details:

Improving the global material list

We are excited to announce the next big step in our improvement of material handling. After adjusting the material creation screen with the last release, we have now finished this chapter and made it possible to switch or remove pictures for a specific material.

Following the material creation, we have now focused on improving the global material list. Our material overview table now comes with additional information about location and associated documents to make it more convenient for users to find context-relevant entries. You can search the material by material number or location in addition to previously available filters. Each search allows to type in a substring and find all associated material.

This improvement provides you with the information of how many active and archived documents use a specific material. Stay tuned - this number will become clickable soon to allow you to jump to directly to a list of documents that use a certain material.

Links are clickable in orders

If you ever wanted your Assistant users to be able to receive more context information around an order, you might have wondered if you could simply provide them with a link.

This is now possible by adding it to the description of an order. Once you enter a link within the description text, it will automatically be shown as a clickable link to the Assistant. Thereby, you enable all users to retrieve additional information without having to search other systems or websites.

Best Practice Content available

Ever wondered how you could make use of the functionality in Operations1 for a specific use case?

Fear no more: We have introduced a new section in our knowledge base - called "Best Practices" in which we have shared insights on how to plan and execute recurring activities and on how to optimize operational processes through seamless treaceability of data.

Stay tuned on more best practice content to come. To directly jump to the respective knowledge base section, click the button:

Each article allows to give feedback through the icons on the bottom of the page. We would love to have an indication on whether the content was helpful for you.

  • UI is broken by using large classifier titles (sidebar)

  • Some users unable to access profile page settings

  • Order start failing after a module included in one of the documents was updated
